New Year’s Eve in this hotel was amazing! The views of the coast were stunning and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They even provided a buffet with a wide range of dishes to cater to everyone’s dietary needs. , the location was perfect for exploring the nearby towns.
The rooms were a bit outdated and not as comfortable as expected. the lack of activities in the area during the off-season made it difficult to find things to do outside of the hotel.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating to all our needs/wants. They drove us to the rental car depot as well as into Castro as we discovered there is no bus service. The rooms are perfect - not fussy yet lovely and functional and great views from our room as well.
I can't think of any negatives about this well-managed Hotel and will highly recommend anyone to stay there.

The location is nice. Although Santa Cesarea has no real beches it is located between Otranto, Porto Badisco and other great beaches inthe Southern part of Puglia. Thus is it a great place to stay to travel around by car. Hotel is in the heart of Santa Cesarea what is good for having a drink in the evening. However do not expect any crazy parties in Santa Cesarea. The hotel has a nice terrace on the 3rd floor to drink wine or sunbath. The staff was very nice and helpful!
We expected more from 4* hotel. The room was really tiny, bed made a terrible noise, one night there was no hot water in the shower, my girlfriend once blocked herself in the bathroom as the key broke at the door, breakfast is not very tasty, etc...

The hotel had a breathtaking sea view from the room and a terrace on the roof. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with transportation and special requests. The breakfast was amazing and there were good local restaurants nearby. The location was perfect for enjoying the spa and coastline walks.
All was good.

The hotel is across the street from the rock beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas and swim. It is also very close to many restaurants in the area. The staff speaks limited English but are very nice and accomodating. The rooms are very clean and a reasonable size. This is our second year at this hotel and we are happy with it. There are not many English speaking tourists which is wonderful. Most are Italian.
The sulfur spa is across the street from the hotel and sometimes the area smells of sulfur, which is not that pleasant. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel in a beautiful area.

The view from the hotel room was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed.
The breakfast was ok. We expected local fruit, 100% pure juices and more than one type of bread

It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance, from restaurants to shops. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request or provide recommendations for the best local attractions. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the breakfast staff who made sure I had a delicious start to my day.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The sea-view room was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Adriatic coast right from our window. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. This hotel is in a perfect location, right on the promenade of this city with many different restaurants close by. We also loved being smack in the middle of the Salento's Adriatic coast, which gave us easy access to different beaches and towns in the area.
Nothing for us.
